Life is too short to worry about little things......

Yea it's taken me 38 long years to realize it , but thats my new train of thought. There is so much to worry and or think about and alot of it is not worth the stress and or effort.
I have two thousand things going on around me... some are important and some less important, but they all need to be addressed.   What do I do?   well hmmm I have learned to take a deep breath and step back away from the canvas of life. I have to prioritize and do what is most important at the time.
Although I have achieved some maturity in my thought, I still find myself returning to my old ways of worrying about every little thing. I would start doing 1000 things and end up finishing none of them.  I sometimes would finish a task but because I tried doing 3 other tasks in between, I found myself doing a half ass job on the most important task. LOLOLOL... so life goes on I guess. .
What do you feel about this?  explain your answer in detail thanks...

Green, Green, GREEN!!

Hello friends and family. Well finally I find enough time in my busy life to post again. I know I know...it's not like its a great post...you know ...one filled with complaining and or gossip...but I promised to keep my posts real (who I really am) and there for this is the most interesting I could come up with. Of course I could get into my job a bit, but that would be depressing for most of you.
Here are some pictures of my green house and plants/trees.

very simple concept.. its a tent set up with plastic instead of the usual tent mesh/cloth. I also added a heat vent on top and two side windows to release some of this Florida heat and humidity. I may have to add some shade because the temperature keeps shooting above 85 degrees LOL.

everything I am showing you has been grown from seeds unless stated otherwise. Here in the front the flowers are Marigolds. They have been known to keep certain bugs away, but i have them here just because I had so many LOL... in back of the Marigolds are my herbs. I have Cilantro (purchased plant), Thyme, Oregano, Chiles, Dill :) I am also growning Cilantro from seeds in my green house.

These are my banana plants (actually gave miniture bananas last year :) in the front of the bananas are pineapple plants...and one is actually growing a fruit :) In that area i have plant pots with wild flowers and spearmint growing.. around the border are Marigolds again :)

Here is a little set up I just threw together but its actually doing well. Its made up of Zinnias, marigolds and blanket flowers (which arent in bloom yet ) and two grape vines which come out and are growing onto a trellis which connects to my childrens play ground).

One of the rows in my garden. The poles you see are sprinkler heads which cut on automatically twice a day. The plants you see are lettuce (Romaine) and tomatoes) in that little pot to the right of the photo you can see my sugar cane plant which is going in the dirt soon.

I hope this gives you an idea of what I spend my free time doing :) now you know a little more about me.. what about you? what do you do on your free time?

Little Thoughts

I borrowed this posting topic idea from http://www.xanga.com/CuriousGeorgina one of my Xanga friends. I like the idea and being that I suffer from insomnia I probably will use it frequently.

1. Wondering if it's going to rain today.. ( I hate working in the rain)
2. Damn did I pay all the bills? (I hate late payment fees)
3. Whats that noise on the roof? hmmm could it be mice or the acorns rolling around?
4. Geez I have paperwork to do when I get back to work.. (frak!!)
5. Should I lay the sod in the front yard down my self and save 1,600 damn thats 11 pallets.
6. That drive to New York is going to be a loooong ride.
7. why do I look at my watch every 5 minutes for?

Trying to make green my thing.....

Good morning...... Well rather then a hate filled , negative post, I've decided to post about my green house...well its not actually a house its more like a green tent LOL. here are some pictures.

Ok well this is my first expirimental green tent. It's not much, but I was interested in the process of growing seeds but could never get them to grow without one of those little jiffy green house kits. I want to grow so many different plants/flowers I would use a whole bunch of those kits..so I decided to just make a bit area where I could grow them.

As you can tell..if it holds dirt...and water, I'll put a plant in it....LOL I know kinda cheap but a mans got to do what a mans got to do.... Oh yea and notice that metal tray in the front... this picture is old the wife discovered that I had her cookie tray and the tray and the plants no longer exsist. I have to see about getting her some anger management classes.. LOLOLOL.

This is the old irrigation pump ....the tank you see to the right is what im installing...its a pressure tank .... I have two wells on my property...so here...plants drink for free :)

GREEN GREEN GROW!!

Hello everyone. I have not posted for a while and there has been no specific reason why. I guess I havn't posted because I have been busy and or just havn't had a good sit down time until now. My wife, work and life itself is keeping me busy.
I am really excited this year with the planting. No I'm no shellie and I can't provide you with digital pictures of beautiful plants bursting out of their pots and or landscapes. I do have to admit I love planting. I love nature and enjoy watching plants become who they are.   Thats right...I think plants are people in a sense.   I believe Like us they have evolved over millions of years to be what they are....   I am no tree hugger though... So if you are saying oh no another kind loving tree hugger you can go FRAK yourself...
Originally I made a green house (i will have to post pictures later). The green house has been providing me with so many wonderful plants. Plants that before I could not grow are growing for me now..
The other day I broke my green house by a mistake, and built another :)  I think this one is more perfected.   I will show you pictures.
I believe God has created all of us and he has provided us with a beautiful planet full of many glorious things. Plants are just one of those things.

What have you done for yourself? What have you done for anyone else? because you cannot answer  the above two questions, I will not ask you what you have done for your country or family... Why? it's quite simple.. you are so consumed with yourself and YOUR survival, you have not stopped to think about anything else but yourself.
Greedy pigs... self centered whores of society... You are the cancer of this world and your lack of knowledge and ruthless tactics of self survival are blind to many, but I see you.   I see you clear as day.   You are the one who is a follower..   You follow those who are as blind as you are...You have no values and what you have not learned, you cannot teach your children ... brooders of a failed society.
I watch you... I watch you day and night... destroying all that is right... defiling the morals that have been set before us as if they were nothing. I watch you day and night creeping and in the darkness you smite your fellow man and take what it is his...and all that you have no right to.   I watch you day and night create a world of lawlessness and in your ignorance complain of how bad things are...when in reality you are the reason things are the way they are.
I will watch for you worthless one... I will wait for you worthless one... I will continue to help make right what you have made wrong. I will NOT smite you as you have chosen to do to so many of your brother's and sisters. I will give you my hand, but with a firm eye I will watch your every move.
